Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.50. For other countries, we charge the standard rates for a letterbox package weighing 100–500 grams.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Austria, and the United Kingdom (UK), among other countries. We do not ship to Belgium.
It is the customer's responsibility to check local laws and regulations before placing an order. Laws vary by country and are subject to change. Only place an order if you are certain that the product may be received in your country.
What is the delivery time?
Orders under €100 are shipped without Track & Trace. For shipments to countries outside the Netherlands, please expect a slightly longer delivery time. We will keep you updated on the delivery via email.

What is your return policy?
You can return your purchase within the statutory 14-day period. The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
